This Instant Pot Spaghetti is a quick, delicious one-pot meal with tender noodles and rich marinara sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s perfect for busy nights and packed with Italian flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles (broken in half)
  • Parmesan cheese and fresh basil (for garnish)
  1. Sauté Beef: Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add oil, and brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add Seasonings and Sauce: Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, and water.
  3. Layer Spaghetti: Layer spaghetti in a crisscross pattern on top of sauce, pressing gently without stirring.
  4. Pressure Cook: Secure lid, set to high pressure for 8 minutes, then quick release.
  5. Stir and Serve: Stir the spaghetti, let sit to thicken, and garnish with Parmesan and basil.
