These Easy Homemade Mini Corn Dogs are a fun, bite-sized snack perfect for parties or game days. Featuring juicy sausages in a crispy, golden cornmeal batter, they’re easy to make and delicious to eat with your favorite dipping sauces.

  • 12 ounces cocktail sausages
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Toothpicks or small skewers
  1. Prepare Sausages: Pat sausages dry and insert toothpicks.
  2. Mix Batter: Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and egg, stirring until smooth.
  3. Preheat Oil: Heat oil in a pot to 350°F.
