EASY HOMEMADE MINI CORN DOGS
These Easy Homemade Mini Corn Dogs are a fun, bite-sized snack perfect for parties or game days. Featuring juicy sausages in a crispy, golden cornmeal batter, they’re easy to make and delicious to eat with your favorite dipping sauces.
- 12 ounces cocktail sausages
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Toothpicks or small skewers
- Prepare Sausages: Pat sausages dry and insert toothpicks.
- Mix Batter: Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and egg, stirring until smooth.
- Preheat Oil: Heat oil in a pot to 350°F.
