GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP ZUCCHINI NOODLES
This Garlic Butter Shrimp Zucchini Noodles recipe is a delicious, low-carb meal featuring juicy shrimp and tender zucchini noodles in a garlic butter sauce. Quick to make, it’s perfect for a light dinner with big flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis spiralized
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Zucchini Noodles: Spiralize zucchinis and set aside.
- Cook Shrimp: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add shrimp, and cook until pink.
- Add Zucchini: Add zucchini noodles, sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
