GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP ZUCCHINI NOODLES

- 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))
- Prepare Zucchini Noodles: Spiralize zucchinis and set aside.
- Cook Shrimp: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add shrimp, and cook until pink.
