  • 1 pound flank or sirloin beef (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish (optional))
  1. Marinate Beef: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef, marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Blanch Broccoli: Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute, drain.
  3. Stir-Fry Beef: In a skillet, heat oil, add beef, and cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add garlic and ginger, then broccoli and beef. Pour in beef broth, simmer 2-3 minutes.
