These Air Fryer Chimichangas are a quick, healthier twist on the classic, with a crispy shell and flavorful filling of shredded meat and cheese. Serve with your favorite toppings for an easy Mexican-inspired meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken or beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: Mix chicken or beef with cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Place filling in center of tortilla, fold sides, and roll into a burrito shape.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F, spray chimichangas with oil.
- Air Fry: Cook seam-side down for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve: Enjoy with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Notes
