These Air Fryer Chimichangas are a quick, healthier twist on the classic, with a crispy shell and flavorful filling of shredded meat and cheese. Serve with your favorite toppings for an easy Mexican-inspired meal.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken or beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Cooking oil spray
  1. Prepare Filling: Mix chicken or beef with cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble: Place filling in center of tortilla, fold sides, and roll into a burrito shape.
