Description
Nutella truffles are the ultimate decadent treat!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate coating.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a flavor twist, add a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate coating for a salted chocolate truffle experience.
- Roll the truffles in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or cocoa powder instead of chocolate for a different coating option.
