Nutella truffles are the ultimate decadent treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate coating.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a flavor twist, add a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate coating for a salted chocolate truffle experience.
  • Roll the truffles in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or cocoa powder instead of chocolate for a different coating option.
