- 4 cups sugar
- 1 package 1.75 oz no-cook freezer pectin
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Mash strawberries and set aside.
Whisk sugar and pectin in a large bowl.
Add mashed strawberries to sugar mixture and stir until sugar dissolves.
Stir in lemon juice.
Spoon into jars, leaving 1/2 inch of space.
Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours, then store in the freezer.
