Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries mashed
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 package 1.75 oz no-cook freezer pectin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mash strawberries and set aside.
  • Whisk sugar and pectin in a large bowl.
  • Add mashed strawberries to sugar mixture and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Stir in lemon juice.
  • Spoon into jars, leaving 1/2 inch of space.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours, then store in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
