Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 packet 1.5 oz pectin
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mash Strawberries: Mash strawberries until slightly chunky.
  • Mix with Sugar: Stir mashed strawberries with sugar and let sit.
  • Prepare Pectin: Boil pectin with water, then mix with strawberries.
  • Set Jam: Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  • Freeze: Pour into jars, seal, and let set at room temperature before freezing.

Notes

For a twist, add a splash of vanilla extract or a few mint leaves.
