Ingredients
  

  • 10 mini taco shells or 5 small flour tortillas

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 10 golden Oreos crushed
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions
 

  • Crush Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor. Mix with melted butter to create the strawberry crunch topping.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Prepare taco shells or flour tortillas, crisping them in the oven.
  • Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling and top with strawberry slices and crunch topping.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a twist, use different fruits or try a chocolate cookie crunch topping.
