  • 2 medium squash yellow or zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • Prepare Squash: Grate squash, salt, let sit 10 mins, squeeze excess moisture.
  • Mix Batter: Combine squash, flour, egg, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
