Instructions
Combine Ingredients
: Add tomatoes, broth, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to slow cooker.
Cook
: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Blend
: Purée the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add Cream and Tortellini
