Ingredients
  

For the Sausage Balls:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 can 10 oz Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick or baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sausage, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, Bisquick, and cheddar cheese until combined.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • You can make these sausage balls ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze them before baking.
  • For extra cheesy sausage balls, add an additional 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
