- 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut divided
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: melted chocolate for dipping
Mix 2 cups of shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, then coat in the remaining shredded coconut or dip in melted chocolate.
