Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
  • Whipped cream and lime zest for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Whisk together egg yolks, condensed milk, and lime juice.
  • Pour filling into crust and bake for 15-18 minutes until set.
  • Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Top with whipped cream and lime zest before serving.
