flank or sirloin beef
thinly sliced

oyster sauce

cornstarch

sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Instructions
Marinate Beef
: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef, marinate 15 minutes.
Blanch Broccoli
: Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute, drain.
Stir-Fry Beef
: In a skillet, heat oil, add beef, and cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
Combine Ingredients
: Add garlic and ginger, then broccoli and beef. Pour in beef broth, simmer 2-3 minutes.
Serve
: Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
Notes
For a sweeter sauce, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
