Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound flank or sirloin beef thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate Beef: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef, marinate 15 minutes.
  • Blanch Broccoli: Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute, drain.
  • Stir-Fry Beef: In a skillet, heat oil, add beef, and cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add garlic and ginger, then broccoli and beef. Pour in beef broth, simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.

Notes

For a sweeter sauce, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
