This light and refreshing summer fruit salad combines fresh berries, tropical fruits, and a citrus honey dressing for the perfect seasonal dish.

Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1-2 kiwis sliced (optional)

For the Citrus Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all the fruit. Combine in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Stir in chopped mint if desired.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Add more or less honey depending on how sweet your fruit is.
  • For added texture, toss in some chopped nuts or toasted coconut flakes.
