This light and refreshing summer fruit salad combines fresh berries, tropical fruits, and a citrus honey dressing for the perfect seasonal dish.

For the Salad:
- 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 mango diced
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1-2 kiwis sliced (optional)
For the Citrus Dressing:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped (optional)
Wash and prepare all the fruit. Combine in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Stir in chopped mint if desired.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
- Add more or less honey depending on how sweet your fruit is.
- For added texture, toss in some chopped nuts or toasted coconut flakes.
