- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles or pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional

- Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop pickles and capers.
