- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
