Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets finely chopped
  • 2 large carrots shredded
  • 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower florets, and shred the carrots. Place in a large mixing bowl with the sliced red onion.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Customize the dressing by adjusting the honey, mustard, or vinegar to taste.
  • Add seeds or nuts for extra crunch and flavor.
