Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 slices of white bread or brioche
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Shape ground beef into small burger patties and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to create the egg mixture for the French toast.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, letting it soak for about 10-15 seconds on each side.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little butter or oil. Cook the bread until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each cooked burger patty and set aside.
  • Sandwich the cheesy patties between two slices of cooked French toast.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make the special sauce.
  • Spread the sauce inside each French toast sandwich.
  • Add pickles and diced onions on top of the sauce for extra flavor.
  • Serve the Big Mac French Toast hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, toast the bread slightly before dipping it in the egg mixture.
