Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients, including soaked breadcrumbs, in a large bowl.
  • Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
  • Cook meatballs in a skillet or bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with marinara sauce, pasta, or as desired.

Notes

  • You can freeze uncooked or cooked meatballs for up to 3 months.
  • Simmer the meatballs in marinara sauce for extra flavor.
