Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup sugar for coating
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon for coating

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Make Dough: Heat water, pumpkin, butter, and salt. Stir in flour until smooth.
  • Add Egg and Spice: Mix in egg and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  • Pipe Churros: Pipe onto baking sheet.
