Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken or beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Filling: Mix chicken or beef with cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble: Place filling in center of tortilla, fold sides, and roll into a burrito shape.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F, spray chimichangas with oil.
  • Air Fry: Cook seam-side down for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve: Enjoy with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cilantro or a spoonful of salsa inside each chimichanga before wrapping.
