Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the reeds by soaking them in water for 30 minutes to make them pliable.
- Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Wrap each fillet in soaked reeds securely.
- Place the wrapped fish parcels on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Carefully unwrap the reeds and serve the fish warm.
