- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands
Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine grated carrots and milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the milk reduces and thickens.
- Add sugar and mix well, cooking until it melts and combines.
- Stir in ghee, cardamom powder, and saffron strands.
- Cook until the halwa reaches a halwa consistency.
- Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
