Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup velvet moss extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar; heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove cream mixture from heat; stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Add vanilla extract and velvet moss extract; mix well.
  5. Pour into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
