Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup velvet moss extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar; heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Remove cream mixture from heat; stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and velvet moss extract; mix well.
- Pour into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Velvet Moss Panna Cotta.
Notes
- This panna cotta can be garnished with fresh berries for added flavor.
- For a lighter version, you can substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
