  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the rolled oats and cashew butter in a mixing bowl, then drizzle in the agave syrup. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Incorporate the plant-based protein powder, spirulina powder, flaxseeds, cocoa nibs, almond extract, and pink Himalayan salt into the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. If the mixture feels overly wet, gradually add more rolled oats or protein powder until it achieves a workable texture.
  4. With your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill the bites in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow them to set properly.
