Description
A delicious homemade blackberry jam made from fresh blackberries.
Ingredients

- 4 cups blackberries
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- Prepare the jars by sterilizing them.
- In a large pot, combine blackberries and water and bring to a boil.
- Add the pectin and stir until dissolved.
- Gradually add sugar, stirring constantly until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture back to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
- Pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
- Allow to cool at room temperature.

- Ensure that blackberries are ripe for the best flavor.
- Store jam in a cool, dark place.
