Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Thai chili peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced onion and sliced bell pepper, and cook until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water.
- Add the chopped Thai chili peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh Thai basil leaves.
- Serve hot over rice.

- Adjust the number of chili peppers based on your spice preference.
- Can be served with jasmine rice for a complete meal.
