  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the tahini, pitted dates, rolled oats, maple syrup (or honey), sea salt, and vanilla extract into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture transforms into a creamy, cohesive blend, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even consistency.
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or silicone molds to prevent sticking.
  3. Carefully distribute the tahini mixture into each cup, filling them approximately three-quarters full. If desired, top each cup with a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips for added indulgence.
  4. Transfer the muffin tin to the freezer and allow it to chill for 1 to 2 hours, or until the cups are solidified.
  5. After they have frozen, gently pop the cups out of the tin and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for future enjoyment.
