  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly covered.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
