A creamy and delicious dip inspired by Mexican street corn, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Mix in cotija cheese, green onions, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional cotija cheese and green onions, if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Try adding jalapeños for an extra kick!
