- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for coating)
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats and vanilla protein powder in a spacious bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Add the softened cream cheese, almond butter, honey, chopped strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt into the mixture.
- Blend everything together until a cohesive dough forms.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about half an hour to make handling easier.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat each ball generously in the crushed graham crackers.
- Arrange the coated energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
