Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
