Ingredients

  • 4 squid tubes
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Carefully stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed squid tubes in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
