- 4 squid tubes
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together ground pork, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Carefully stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture.
- Place the stuffed squid tubes in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- Be careful not to overstuff the squid tubes to prevent them from bursting while cooking.
