Delicious pasta shells stuffed with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling, baked in marinara sauce and topped with cheese.

- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano to the filling.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
