This Smoldering Pepper Jam is a delightful blend of sweet and spicy peppers, perfect for topping cream cheese or adding a kick to your favorite dishes.

- 2 cups finely chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup finely chopped jalapeño peppers
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 package fruit pectin
Instructions
- Combine the bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, and vinegar in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the fruit pectin and continue boiling for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
- Seal and allow to cool.
Notes
- Adjust the heat level by varying the amount of jalapeños used.
- Great served with crackers or as a glaze for meats.
