Description

This Smoldering Pepper Jam is a delightful blend of sweet and spicy peppers, perfect for topping cream cheese or adding a kick to your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup finely chopped jalapeño peppers
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 package fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. Combine the bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, and vinegar in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the fruit pectin and continue boiling for 1 more minute.
  5. Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal and allow to cool.
