Ingredients

- 200 grams smoked trout, skin removed
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the smoked trout, cream cheese, capers, dill, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Mash together with a fork until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
