- 2 pounds lamb neck
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the mixture all over the lamb neck.
- Place the lamb neck in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 200°F (93°C).
- Once done, remove the lamb neck and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

- For extra flavor, marinate the lamb neck overnight.
- Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
