Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb neck.
  4. Place the lamb neck in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 200°F (93°C).
  5. Once done, remove the lamb neck and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
