- 1 pound beef suet
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Trim any sinew from the beef suet and cut it into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Toss the suet cubes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place the seasoned suet cubes in the smoker and smoke for 2-3 hours until they have absorbed a good amount of flavor and are firm to the touch.
- Remove from the smoker and let them cool before storing.
