Instructions

  1. Trim any sinew from the beef suet and cut it into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Toss the suet cubes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  4. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  5. Place the seasoned suet cubes in the smoker and smoke for 2-3 hours until they have absorbed a good amount of flavor and are firm to the touch.
