- 200 grams silk thread noodles
- 100 grams shredded chicken
- 50 grams chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Soak the silk thread noodles in warm water for about 20 minutes until softened.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and chopped vegetables, and cook until the chicken is done.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the pan, along with soy sauce.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
