- 2 tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, and wasabi paste.
- Dip the tuna steaks into the mixture and then coat with sesame seeds.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Seared the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, longer if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use sushi-grade tuna.
