Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and diced onion until evenly distributed.
