- 2 teaspoons smoked Maldon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 baguette
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Arrange the marrow bones upright on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bones.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is soft and starting to ooze out.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle smoked Maldon sea salt on top.
- Serve with chopped parsley and toasted baguette slices.
