- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Season the pork coppa steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Place the steak on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C), about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
