Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Season the pork coppa steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Place the steak on a wire rack over a baking sheet and roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C), about 1.5 to 2 hours.
