Instructions

- Place the seasoned steak on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear the steak for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Let it rest again for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
