Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and salt.
- Layer the torn croissant pieces in a baking dish and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and let it soak for 20 minutes.
