- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the basil pesto.
- Add burrata cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts.
- Mix gently until combined, adding reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Feel free to use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta as a substitute.
- For extra flavor, add cooked chicken or shrimp.
