Description

Deliciously decadent peanut butter lava cakes with a gooey center that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
  2. Melt the butter and peanut butter together in a saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  5. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks, then stir in vanilla.
  6. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
