Deliciously decadent peanut butter lava cakes with a gooey center that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter together in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and egg yolks, then stir in vanilla.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
- Serve warm and enjoy the gooey center!
Notes
- For an extra treat, serve with vanilla ice cream.
- These lava cakes can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
