  4. Carefully transfer the disc to the hot frying pan. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and firm.
  5. Continue this process with the remaining portions, adjusting the heat as needed to avoid burning.
  6. Once all flatbreads are cooked, place them on a cooling rack to allow them to set before serving.
